Izabella calls Gdansk, Poland her home, which is where she was born, and then in June of 2000 her and her, now husband, moved to the United States. This is where she began her professional career, although she stared dancing at the age of 6.Izabella and her partner have travelled the world competing, performing, and coaching. She started coaching and mentoring younger dancers at the age of 15.

In 2011, she retired from dancing in Los Angeles, and she began opening multiple dance studios and judging, while continuing to teach others. Izabella continues her career mentoring professionals as dancer, teachers, and future business owners. Her roles as mentor and owner have made her a leader in her company and have equipped her with the skills for mindset coaching. While Izabella continues to expand her leadership roles, she is also in the process of finishing her very first book titled, Life Iza Dance.
